In case of inclement weather, we may reduce our schedule. While we may attempt to confirm with you, please reach out to us to reconfirm. We reserve the right to suspend operations for any reason, including weather and mechanical concerns.
With 5 miles of waterways to cover at at maximum speed of 5 mph, we encourage passengers to make requests as soon as possible. We will coordinate as best we can, and combine trips when necessary to meet everyone’s needs as circumstance allow. Requests for BEFORE 10 AM and AFTER 6 PM, subject to availability. As the season progresses, look forward to expanding our hours of operation.

We are limited by our federal law to a total of 6 passengers, regardless of size or age, and there must be a Type 1 PFD for every passenger we carry. By Mass. law, all children 13 and under must wear a Type 1 PFD while on board. However, circumstances may arise where we do not carry every combination of sizes of Type 1 PFDs for your group (youth, infant, adult). So any child 13 and under wearing their own Type 1 PFD ONLY is eligible for a free roundtrip when accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse to take on passengers who do not, in the opinion of the captain of the vessel, conduct themselves safely to themselves, other passengers and the vessel.

From June 21st to Labor Day, we get you to your mooring from any of 9 town landings between the Oyster Pond, Stage Harbor and the Mill Pond. Just $6 each way, per passenger. Cash/Venmo (@stageharborlaunch). Kids 13 & under wearing their own Type 1 PFD eligible for a free roundtrip when accompanied by an adult.

What a way to end the season! Bittersweet to leave Monomoy behind. But boats needs to be hauled, cleaned, serviced, and covered until next spring. Hope to get an early start in 2025! This shore is so dynamic, but still my favorite spot to stop. Why do memories of fall boat rides seem the strongest? Is it the crispness of the air, the angle of the sun, the golden hue on everything? Or is it because we know to hold onto this memory especially, for it needs to last us half a year or more until our next chance?
